Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final.

Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase. By completing a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Returns

  • We do not accept returns on any products or services once the order has been processed and delivered.

  • Exceptions to this policy will only be made in cases where a product is proven to be defective or damaged upon receipt, and such claims must be reported within 2 of delivery.

No Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued.

  • Refunds will not be provided for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, or failure to review product details prior to purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must notify us in writing at swfcoastaldesigns@gmail.com within 2 of receipt.

  • Photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage is required. Also photographic evidence of the package that it arrived in is required.

  • Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same item. No monetary refunds will be provided.

  • If the damage was caused by the shipping company, I will file a damage claim with the Shipping company, then I will issue you a replacement of the product damaged. NO REFUND will be provided. 

Legal Compliance

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights that may not be waived under governing law. All laws enforced are based upon Florida laws and those within Sarasota County.
